It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 87-139, approving PUD-81-30-38D, application of the Court- <br />ney Group, Inc., for design review approval to construct a two-story, approxi- <br />mately 40,000 square foot office building and related signage, to be located <br />on an approximately 2.3 acre site located at the southwest corner of the <br />intersection of Owens Drive and ChabOt Drive, subject to the conditions of <br />approval contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 87-27, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Determine whether public necessity, health, safety, or wel- <br />fare requires the formation of an underground utility district on Valley <br />Avenue between Quarry Lane and Stanley Boulevard <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 87:133) dated April 7, 1987, regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the issue. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 87-140, determining the public necessity, health, safety, <br />or welfare requires the formation of an underground utility district on Valley <br />Avenue between Quarry Lane and Stanley Boulevard, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Consideration of Resolution Ordering Annexation No. 115 (Ferreri} <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 87:132) dated April 7, 1987, regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br />ler, that Resolution No. 87-141, after hearing no protests or receiving any <br />written protests, order the annexation of Annexation No. 115 (Ferreri), 66 <br />acres on Old Dublin Canyon Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />AP-87-5, Appeal of Ken Gooch and Associates of a decision of the Planning Com- <br />mission denying Case PUD-86-19, the application of Gooch and Associates and <br />Harry Caldwell for development plan approval for a 20-unit residential project <br />to be located on an approximately two two acre site located at 3745 Vineyard <br /> <br /> 16 - 4-7-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
