Rosendin Electric, Inc., et al - Council <br /> took no action at this time understanding that the effect of taking no <br /> action is to leave the City as a party to the case. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENMT: None <br /> <br />SPECIAL AND INFORMATIONAL REPORTS <br />Report on Library and Committee <br /> Mr. Walker presented his memorandum dated February 12, 1987, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Keith Wardin, Chairperson of the Library Committee, stated that Coun- <br />cil approval of the exterior and interior color scheme and materials is needed <br />to proceed with further design plans for the library. <br /> <br /> Mr. Val Charn, representing Pacific Urban Design, presented exterior <br />materials and color scheme. He advised the exterior motif is designed to be <br />compatible with the interior color scheme, with green as the accent color for <br />both; the roof tile will be darker and green colored glass to pick up the <br />color scheme of both the interior and exterior materials. He presented site <br />and landscaping plan for Council review. <br /> <br /> Mr. David Sharnig presented the interior materials and colors, which basi- <br />cally comply with the exterior. He presented a model showing the carpet, car- <br />pet tile, and wall materials to be used.
