Adoption of Resolution No. 87-65, approval of Site No. 1 as the preferred <br /> site for locating the proposed 8 million gallon Sycamore Reservoir, Site <br /> No. I being the site as described in and shown in the "Sycamore Reservoir <br /> and Transmission Pipeline Predesign Study" report prepared by CH2M Hill, <br /> Inc., dated June 1986 and amended November 1986; directing staff to begin <br /> negotiations immediately for the acquisition of Site No. 1 and necessary <br /> easements for the Transmission Pipeline, access road, and overflow pipe- <br /> line associated with this facility; and approving Amendment No. 2 to CH2M <br /> Hill, Inc.'s contract authorizing a maximum expenditure of $428,600 for <br /> design and construction management services for the Sycamore Reservoir and <br /> Transmission Pipeline. <br /> <br />m. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-66, approval of agreement with Alexander & <br /> Associates, Inc., for surveying services for the Bernal Avenue railroad <br /> underpass project; and authorizing execution of the agreement by the ap- <br /> propriate city officials. <br /> <br />n. This item was removed from the agenda at the time of printing the agenda. <br /> <br />o. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-67, acceptance of grant deed from Crow- <br /> Spieker-Singleton for deceleration lane and bus turnout (Parcel Map 4964); <br /> authorizing the City Manager to execute the certificate of acceptance of <br /> real property; and authorizing the grant deed to be recorded with the <br /> Alameda County Recorder's office. <br /> <br />p.
