3O5 <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated this piece of property was included in the <br /> 1972 Settlement Agreement; he would like to see it exempt from the Growth Man- <br /> agement Program because of its uniqueness. Mr. MacDonald stated that growth <br /> management is a separate issue from sewer capacity. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />'-- that Ordinance No. 1335, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br /> thereof, and finding that the rezoning and development plan are consistent <br /> with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance, approve PUD-87- <br /> 18, application of Ken Gooch and Associates and New Life Fellowship Church for <br /> Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a ten-unit <br /> single-family residential development to be located on an approximately one <br /> acre site located on the south side of Valley Trails Drive opposite its <br /> southerly intersection with National Park Road, subject to conditions con- <br /> tained in Staff Report 87:372, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />CO NOES: None <br />~' ABSENT: None <br />~ Councilmember Brandes stated he would like to get a report regarding the <br />~ number of properties still involved in the 1972 Settlement Agreement. Mayor <br />~ Mercer instructed staff to prepare the report and place it on a future agenda. <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> There were no reports of Boards and Commissions presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> "" Proposed Growth Management Ordinance Revisions; Application of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to initiate an ordinance revision to the Growth Management Program <br /> based on an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element limiting housing <br /> unit growth to 1,000 units per year, a maximum population of 62,000 by Jan~r~ <br /> 1, 1996, and other components of the Growth Management Program <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 87:377) dated August 18, 1987, regard- <br /> ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that under Constraints to Housing Development he would <br /> like to have language added to state "five units or less". <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that under 17.36.210 Fees and Exactions he would like <br /> to exclude "$750.00 per unit", and modify the clause to read "..a growth man- <br /> agement fee to be determined on an annual basis and..." <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated he would like it clear in the text of the general plan <br /> relative to 62,000 maximum population by January 1, 1996, plus 4% vacancy <br /> rate, plus any annexed property. <br /> <br /> - 15 - 8-18-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
