McKeehan, 39650 Liberty Street, Fremont, attorney represent- <br />ing the Hilton, Compri, Sheraton, and Holiday Inn hotels, stated they have <br />concerns regarding traffic, parking, economics, and environmental issues. He <br />presented a written report on review of the traffic study on the Harbor View <br />Hotel, citing some inaccuracies in the report completed by TJKM Traffic Con- <br />sultants. He stated his traffic report reveals levels that will violate the <br />circulation elements at build out even with the completion of the 1-680 inter- <br />change. Regarding the parking issue, he stated that valet parking sometimes <br />causes problems; he felt a condition should be added to require a full time <br />valet parking attendant.
