277 <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br />ler, that Resolution No. 87-354, determining on the basis of a review of ini- <br />tial environmental study done for this project, that no significant environ- <br />ment impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a nega- <br />tive declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-87-12, application of <br />Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for development plan approval for a <br />13-unit residential project to be located on an approximately 2 acre site, <br />located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br />ler, that Ordinance No. 1328, to be read by title only and waivin9 further <br />readin9 thereof, and finding the development plans are consistent with the <br />General Plan and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance; approve PUD-87-12, ap- <br />plication of Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for development plan ap- <br />proval for a 13-unit residential project to be located on an approximately 2 <br />acre site, located at 3845 Vineyard Avenue, subject to conditions contained in <br />Staff Report 87:300, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-87-13, Application of Gooch and Associates and Sylvia Riccio for develop- <br />ment plan approval for a 25-unit residential project to be located on an ap- <br />proximately 3.7 acre site, located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue. Zonin9 for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br />(Contd.
