Open from 7-7-87) <br /> Councilmember Mohr stated she abstained on this item when it was first <br />considered by Council, but in her judgement the Conflict of Interest is <br />slight; the property inbetween these two parcels is going. to be dealing with a <br />recipral easement and shared roadway, therefore she will participate in con- <br />sideration of this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 87:300) dated July 7, 1987, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the continued public hearing Open on this applica- <br />tion and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ken Gooch, One Peters Avenue, applicant, stated that he concurred <br />with the recommendations and requirements made by staff. He stated he is <br />still working with PG&E to move a pole so that Mavis Drive entrance can be <br />widened. He advised that no one is in opposition to the latest proposal; he <br />talked to Frank Belecky of the Vintage Hills Homeowners Association, who <br />stated they are not opposed to the project as long as he is willing to stay <br />within the requirements of the moratorium on Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br /> closed on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> 14 - 8 -4 -87 <br /> <br /> <br />
