203 <br /> of Kristen Lamb for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br /> approval for a six-parcel single-family residential development on an approxi- <br /> mately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill Road, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wil- <br /> son, that Ordinance No. 1318, to be read by title only and waiving further <br /> reading thereof, after making the findings that rezoning the property from the <br /> ' R-1-6500 District to PUD-Low Density Residential District is consistent with <br /> the General Plan and that the proposed development plan is consistent with the <br /> purposes of the PUD District, approve PUD-87-8, application of Kristen Lamb <br /> for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a six- <br /> parcel single-family residential development on an approximately 4.76 acre <br /> site located at 2982 Foothill Road, subject to conditions set forth in Staff <br /> Report 87:265, and adding a condition that the property owner join in the <br /> Romero Reimbursement Agreement and directing staff to prepare a reimbursement <br /> agreement with Lamb if necessary to require subsequent developers to pay their <br /> fair share, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />OlD AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />~' NOES: None <br />~_] ABSENT: None <br />~ PUD-87-9, Application of Peregrine Development Company for Planned Unit <br />Cf] Development rezoning and development plan approval for construction of a 12 <br />~ unit apartment complex, to be located on an approximately 2.8 acre site lo- <br /> cated at 1045 Division Street. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single- <br /> family ResidentialI District <br /> <br /> Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing Open on this item, and continued <br /> it to the meeting of July 7, 1987, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Cham- <br /> bers, at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br /> PUD-87-6, Application of B-W Construction Company and First Interstate Bank <br /> for development plan approval to construct a 28-unit residential townhouse <br /> complex, to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site, located at 553 St. <br /> John Street. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br /> Density Residential District <br /> <br /> Consider Adoption of Neqative Declaration <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing Open on this item, and continued <br /> it to the meeting of July 7, 1987, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Cham- <br /> bers, at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated that since the Downtown Study is not expected <br /> to be completed for a couple of month, he felt it would be appropriate to con- <br /> tinue the Santa Anita Development project, scheduled for hearing on July 7th, <br /> to the first meeting in September, after receipt of the study. After discus- <br /> sion it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br /> ler, to continue the public hearing on AP-87-2, appeal of Santa Anita Develop- <br /> ment Corporation for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br /> <br /> - 10 6-16-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
