Council discussion ensued regarding amount of grant and length of lease. Mr. Tim Trusdale stated the total figure allows for unexpected costs, and that the lease is for fifty years but can be less if desired and is so defined in the documentation. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Request for Extension of Sewer Permits on Meyer Center Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 87:263) dated June 16, 1987, regarding this matter. Mr. Vince Wong, Architect representin9 Kroll CM+, Inc., stated that the first phase of their development has been completed but because of the poor rental market at this time they are unable to continue with the second phase of the project and are requesting a two year extension of an existing sewer connection permit sold by DSRSD on June 8, 1984. He stated the owner is com- mitted to securing the appropriate building permits for each of the four building no later than June 8, 1989, and will further commit to the payment of additional fees at the time the building permits are issued. 11 6-16-87
