125 <br /> Mr. Martin Inderbitzen, 62 West Neal Street, representing Stonesone <br /> Development Corporation, stated this is Phase II of the Gold Creek project. <br /> He stated the project was changed from apartments to townhouses to make it <br /> economically viable. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gregg Randall, Gazardo and Associates, San Francisco, landscape archi- <br /> tect for the project, presented the site plan. <br /> <br /> Mr. Inderbitzen stated he has met with surrounding neighbors and they are <br /> in favor of this project. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the application or negative <br /> declaration. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br /> closed on this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wil- <br />son, that Resolution No. 87-221, determining on the basis of a review of ini- <br />tial environmental study done for this project, that no significant environ- <br />mental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a <br />negative declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-87-5, application <br />of Stoneson Development Corporation to rezone from the RM-2500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density <br />Residentia District and for development plan approval for a 104-unit townhouse <br />complex, to be located on an approximately 13.5 acre site located in the area <br />bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold Creek, and Pleasant Hill <br />Drive, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br />that Ordinance No. 1313, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, after making the finding that the development is consistent with the <br />General Plan and purposes of the PUD Ordinance, approve PUD-87-5, application <br />of Stoneson Development Corporation to rezone from the RM-2500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density <br />Residential District and for development plan approval for a 104-unit town- <br />house complex to be located on an approximately 13.5 acre site located in the <br />area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold Creek, and Pleasant <br />Hill Drive, subject to conditions contained in Staff Report 87:235; and di- <br />recting staff to negotiate an amendment to the long term growth management <br />agreement as detailed in the staff report, for Council approval, be <br />introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-87-3, Application of Trammell Crow Company and Callahan, Sweeney, and <br />O'Brien for development plan approval for a 212-unit apartment complex, to be <br />located on an approximately 7.6 acre site located in the area bounded by Owens <br /> <br /> - 7 5-19-87 <br /> <br /> <br />
