123 <br /> Consideration of Landscape District No. 1984-1 <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 87:232) dated May 19, 1987, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wil- <br /> ..... son, that Resolution No. 87-219, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying <br /> the annual assessment in connection with Landscape District 1984-1, be <br /> adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Annexation No. 116, TMI <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 87:223) dated May 19, 1987, regarding <br /> this matter.
