435 <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed on the application. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1339, to be read by title <br />only and waiving further reading thereof, and finding that the <br />PUD(Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices District is <br />consistent with the General Plan, and approving the application <br />of Jim Myers and Pleasanton Commercial Partnerships to rezone an <br />approximately 2.3 acre site from CS (Commercial Service) District <br />to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial Service/Commercial <br />and Office District located at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />RZ-87-7, Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend th~ <br />Municipal Code pertaining to bed and breakfast inns as a <br />permitted use or conditionally permitted use in the "C" <br />(Commercial) Districts. <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 87:445) dated October 6, <br />1987 regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application.
