253 <br /> 2820 Vineyard Avenue <br /> (Intro. 4-5-88, 4-Ayes, 1-No) <br /> Hayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1359 was introduced on April 5, <br /> 1988, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-No, and that it was now in order to adopt the <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wilson suggested that a condition be added to include a <br />statement that the applicant should be aware that the project must qualify for <br />growth management before any building permit or subdivision approval will be <br />granted, and that Council cannot guarantee growth management approval at this <br />time.
