255 Councilmember Butler stated according to the staff report the 21 parking spaces do not meet City requirements. Mr. Swift advised that to build addi- tional shop space would delete some of the existing parking, and that all but one do not meet City standards - they are compact stalls. After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and secon- ded by Councilmember Mohr, to reopen the public hearing on PUD-85-2-2D-1M, application of Val Strough Auto Village for a major modification to an ap- proved development plan for an existing automobile sales and service complex to provide for expansion of facilities including approximately 4,075 sq. ft. of additional sales/service area, parking, signage, and related improvements located at 4341 Rosewood Drive, and to continue this item to the meeting of May 3, 1988, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
