189 <br /> <br />to allocate funds for safety sound walls and bike paths along <br />Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes asked Mr. Malander if he would <br />prioritize safety sound walls versus bike paths. Mr. Malander <br />said he would prefer the sound walls. <br /> <br /> Joe Fisher, 611 Windmill Lane, stated he thought safety <br />sound walls in the Foothill Road area are necessary. <br /> <br /> Bev Davis, 7282 Valley View Ct. stated she is the owner of <br />a downtown business. She urged that Council review downtown <br />issues and allocate monies for necessary revitalization. <br /> <br /> Jack Obing, 4250 Muirwood Drive, said he thought street <br />maintenance and mowing should be 'in maintenance and budget, and <br />not in Capital Improvement Budget. He expressed concern that <br />resources might not be available to take care of Capital <br />Improvements in the future.
