to construct an approximately 4,774 sq. ft. restaurant and re- <br />lated improvements on an approximately 0.27 acre site within <br />Gateway Square, an approved commercial center located at 4889 <br />Hopyard Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-87-4-1M~ Application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for <br />a maXor modification to an approved development plan for a 264- <br />unit condominium complex to delete 20 units from the project~ <br />change the mix of one and two-bedroom units~ alter floor plans <br />and the configuration of the recreation area, and related im- <br />provements located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road <br />approximately 4~800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill <br />Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 88:22) dated January 19, <br />1988 regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Duncan Matteson, applicant, stated he has reviewed the <br />report and is in concurrence with the conditions. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that he requested this item be brought up <br />as he felt the changes were of a major category. He advised that <br />he no longer had any concerns with the proposed project. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated he was originally opposed to the <br />project but feels he can now support the application with the <br />proposed improvements to the plan. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, that Ordinance No. 1351, to be read by title only <br />and waiving further reading thereof, approval of PUD-87-4-1M, <br />application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for a 264-unit con- <br />dominium complex to delete 20 units from the project, change the <br />mix of one and two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and the con- <br />figuration of the recreation area, and related improvements lo- <br />cated on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road approximately <br />4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dub- <br />lin Canyon Road, subject to conditions contained in Staff Report <br />88:22, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> <br /> - 8 - 1-19-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
