Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. Mr. Duncan Matteson, applicant, stated he has reviewed the report and is in concurrence with the conditions. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the item. There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. Mayor Mercer stated that he requested this item be brought up as he felt the changes were of a major category. He advised that he no longer had any concerns with the proposed project. Councilmember Brandes stated he was originally opposed to the project but feels he can now support the application with the proposed improvements to the plan. It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- member Butler, that Ordinance No. 1351, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approval of PUD-87-4-1M, application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 264-unit con- dominium complex to delete 20 units from the project, change the mix of one and two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and the con- figuration of the recreation area, and related improvements lo- cated on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dub- lin Canyon Road, subject to conditions contained in Staff Report 88:22, be introduced.
