He strongly felt this area should <br />be maintained the same as other areas within the City. Mayor Mercer explained <br />that the City had recently added additional personnel and hired students <br />during the summer to take care of this kind of problem. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Item 9a <br />AP-88-08~ Appeal of a decision of the Planning Commission denying approval of <br />th~ application of Presley Homes for development plan approval to construct an <br />approximately 239 parcel single-family residential development to be located <br />on an approximately 270 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road in <br />the area generally west and north of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive <br />and south and west of its intersection with Old Dublin Canyon Road.
