Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the item. Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 88-596, making application to LAFCO for Annexation No. 128, 5.9 acres near the southwest corner of Foothill Road and Foothill Knolls; that Resolution No. 88-597, agreeing to the exchange of property tax revenue in connection with Annexation No. 128, 5.9 acres near the southwest corner of Foothill Road and Foothill Knolls; and that Resolution No. 88-598, initiating prezoning of the 5.9 acres to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-rural density residential district or to any other districts consistent with the general plan in connection with Annexation No. 128; and directing staff to notify the applicants that they are required to prepare all the necessary documents and pay all the required annexation fees, be adopted.
