He stated he
would like to see it remain zoned as it is now.

Mr. Ed Stanahan, 6034 Allbrook Circle, stated he did not
think the property will be developed at ground level, which would
create drainage problems. He strongly objected to retail stores
and restaurants being open late at night and on weekends. He
stated he did not want a higher wall.

Pat Evers, 6053 Allbrook Circle, a twenty year resident at
this address, expressed concern regarding increased traffic and
noise and decreased visibility and late store hours. She expressed concern about the parking lot
lights and the late night operation of businesses. She urged a No
vote on this item.

Mr. Tom Gillette asked his traffic consultant to address the
traffic concerns expressed by the opponents.

Mr. Chris Kinzel, TJKM Transportation Consultants, stated he
conducted the traffic analysis for this project. He stated his
firm has been involved with this site since the initial
development with the Meyer Center more than eight years ago,
including a layout of all the streets, medians, driveways, etc.
At that time the street system was based on a plan which was
ultimately approved by the City Council which called for more
intense development than is now proposed.
