- 265 <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> item 9a <br />PUD-81-30-35D-4M, Application of Pacific Quadrant Development <br />Company for a major modification to an approved development plan <br />for an approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex to <br />allow exterior building and site changes to accommodate a <br />restaurant use to be located at the northeast corner of the <br />intersection of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD fPlanned Unit Development)-Industrial/Commercial <br />and Offices District <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 88:485) dated October 18, <br /> 1988, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Steven Fee, representing the developer, presented a model <br />and drawings representing the development. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Wilson, that Resolution No. 88-500, approving PUD- <br />81-30-35D-4M, application of Pacific Quadrant Development Company <br />for a major modification to an approved development plan for an <br />approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex to allow <br />exterior building and site changes to accommodate a restaurant use <br />to be located at the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, subject to conditions set forth <br />in Exhibit A of Staff Report 88:485, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />item 9b <br />RZ-88-8, Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br />approximately 27 acre site to the "P" fPublic and Institutional) <br />District or to any other district consistent with the General Plan <br />located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Bernal <br />Avenue and Case Avenue <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 88:499) dated October 18, <br />1988, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> - 10 - <br /> <br /> 10-18-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
