Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential District <br />(Contd. from 3-21-89 and 4-4-89) <br /> Vice Mayor Butler declared this item withdrawn from the <br />agenda, at the request of the appellant. <br /> <br />item 9c <br />Review of Growth Management Report and Establishment of Housing <br />Targets for 1990 <br /> Vice Mayor Butler declared this item continued to the meeting <br />of May 16, 1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers, at <br />the request of Council and staff. <br /> <br />item 9d <br />Protest Hearing Regarding the Weed Abatement Program for 1989 <br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Fire Chief (SR 89:179) <br />dated April 18, 1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the <br />item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, after hearing no protests, that Resolution No. <br />89-187, be adopted, approving the weed abatement program for 1989; <br />and authorizing the appropriate staff members to proceed with the <br />abatement on properties set forth in Resolution No. 89-136. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Vice Mayor <br /> Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> - 5 - 4-18-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
