Zoning for the property is <br />PUD fPlanned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br />District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that because of the result of the vote on <br />item 9a no action could be taken on this item. <br /> <br />item 9c <br />PUD-89-4, Application of.Dixie Kamp and Donna McMillion for <br />development plan approval to construct a single-family residence <br />to be located on an approximately one acre site where there is an <br />existing single-family residence located at 3775 Trenery Drive. <br />Zoninq for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:146) dated March 21, <br />1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Donna McMillion, 4475 Shearwater Court, stated she <br />concurs with the staff report. She thanked the City staff and <br />Planning Commission for their support of the application. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, that on the basis of a review of an initial <br />environmental study done for this project, that no significant <br />environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's <br />guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate in <br />connection with PUD-89-4,, the application of Dixie Kamp and Donna <br />McMillion for development plan approval to construct a single- <br />family residence to be located on an approximately one acre site <br />where there is an existing single-family residence located at 3775 <br />Trenery Drive, Resolution No. 89-144 be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br /> - 13 - 3-21-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
