He stated it is his <br />understanding that the property is currently under the Williamson <br />Act and that it has nine years to go before expiring, and to hgve <br />the Williamson Act cancelled earlier requires the landowner to <br />request the removal. He recommended that the City Council <br />maintain this property in the Williamson Act for the remaining <br /> <br /> - 20 - 2-21-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
