249 <br /> <br />the basis of a review of an initial environmental study done for <br />this project, that no significant enviromental impact would occur <br />as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-88-1, the <br />application of John Altieri, R. Marshall, and Ray Thompson for <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a 21-parcel single-family residential project to be located on <br />an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on <br />the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer suggested that the Council Liaison <br />representatives meet with the Fair Board to discuss this matter to <br />see if anything can be worked out relative to the emergency access <br />road and extension of sewer and water lines. Council concurred. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Tarver, that PUD-88-1, the application of John <br />Altieri, R. Marshall, and Ray Thompson, be continued to the <br />meeting of March 21, 1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council <br />Chambers, to allow Council representatives time to meet with the <br />Fair Board regarding this matter. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />item 9f <br />RZ-89-1, Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br />approximately 5.9 acre site located on the west side of Foothill <br />Road southwest of the intersection of Racoon Hollow Court and <br />Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Rural Density <br />Residential District or to any other district consistent with the <br />General Plan <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:77) dated February 21, <br />1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to <br />the item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 89-91,, be adopted, that <br /> <br /> - 19 - 2-21-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
