Marshall, and Ray Thompson for <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a 21-parcel single-family residential project to be located on <br />an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on <br />the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer suggested that the Council Liaison <br />representatives meet with the Fair Board to discuss this matter to <br />see if anything can be worked out relative to the emergency access <br />road and extension of sewer and water lines. Council concurred. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Tarver, that PUD-88-1, the application of John <br />Altieri, R.
