It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1397, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending Section 2 (part) of Ordinance No. 1082, as amended, and Section 15.20.180 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, concerning the schedule of rates and charges for sewer connection fees as required by the agreement between the City and the Dublin San Ramon Services District, be introduced. Mr. Ted Fairfield, Civil Engineer, stated he felt it is a good idea to have such a Board but had concerns if the technical talent consisted a majority; he felt lay people should have the controlling vote.
