209 <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift advised this item would be considered by the <br />Planning Commission at their meeting of February 8, 1989, at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> item 5c <br />Minor Modification to PUD-84-5-1M, Kottinger Ranch, Westbrook <br />Housing Group <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:07) dated January 17, <br />1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated this modification gets into the <br />one-story/two story concept and he felt it should be further <br />reviewed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor <br />Mercer, to appeal PUD-84-5-1M, minor modification for Tract 5791 <br />(Bernal Avenue and Kottinger Drive), the Westbrook Housing Group <br />(Kottinger Ranch). <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />item 5d <br />Minor Modification to PUD-84-5-2M, Kottinger Ranch, Westbrook <br />Housing Group <br /> Mayor Mercer declared this item removed from the agenda, at <br />the request of staff. <br /> <br />item 5e <br />Survey Regarding Compensation for Commission Members <br /> Mr. Bocian presented his report (IR 89:06) dated January 17, <br />1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Tarver stated that, given the survey <br />information, he felt Pleasanton should take action to compensate <br />its commissioners. He suggested a rate of $50.00 per meeting, <br />with a maximum of $100.00 per month. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated he felt this should be conditioned upon <br />the attendance of commissioners at meetings of other commissions <br />to which they are appointed as liaison members. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Tarver, and <br />seconded by Mayor Mercer, that Resolution No. 89-36, approving <br />compensation to commissioners on the Planning Commission, Parks <br />and Recreation Commission, Human Services Commission, Pleasanton <br />Housing Authority Commission, and Library Commission, in an amount <br /> <br /> - 6 - 1-17-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
