Move on the agenda to 12d - Authorization to Proceed on West <br /> Pleasanton Annexation Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> SPECIAL AND INFORMATIONAL REPORTS <br /> item 5a <br />Actions Taken by the Desiqn Review Board and Planninq Commission <br /> at their meetinq of 1-11-89 <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:11) dated January 12, <br /> 1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes requested that residents in Mohr Park <br /> be notified regarding SP-88-3, Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan, <br />when it is considered by City Council. <br /> <br /> No further action was required or taken by Council on this <br /> item. <br /> <br /> item 5b <br /> Minor Modification to PUD-88-3-2M, Blackburn Development <br /> (Contd. from 1-3-89) <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:09) dated January 17, <br /> 1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ron Schneider, 650 Orofino Court, stated he asked to have <br />this item continued from the last meeting because of his concerns <br />relative to documented conditions associated with the change. He <br />advised he is still not satisfied with the information presented <br />in the staff report and would like to have the item continued to <br />the next meeting to allow him more time to review the <br />modification. <br /> <br /> After discussion it was moved by Councilmember Tarver, and <br /> seconded by Councilmember Brandes, to appeal PUD-88-3-2M, the <br />minor modification to the Blackburn Development, Tract 5908 <br /> (Vineyard Avenue at E1 Capitan Drive). <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> <br /> - 5 - 1-17-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
