Dever, General Manager of Hacienda Business <br />Park Owners Association, by letter dated December 9, 1989. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />item 10a <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1391, Approval of PUD-88-12, Application <br />of Frank Auf der Maur for development plan approval to develop ten <br />parcels and related improvements for service commercial uses to be <br />located on an approximately 38 acre site located qenerally in the <br />area south of the intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and <br />Stanley Boulevard <br />(Intro. 12-6-88, 5-Ayes) <br />(Contd. from 12-20-88) <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1391 was introduced on <br />December 6, 1988, by a vote of 5-Ayes, and was continued to this <br />meeting at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Corley, Attorney representing the applicant, stated <br />Mr. Auf der Maur had some concern regarding the condition that was <br />added to the approval, requiring him to provide additional <br />landscaping, but after further review he is agreeable to this <br />condition as well as the other conditions set forth in the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, that Ordinance No. 1391, approving PUD-88- <br />12, the application of Frank Auf der Maur for development plan <br />approval to develop ten parcels and related improvements for <br />service commercial uses to be located on an approximately 38 acre <br />site located generally in the area south of the intersection of <br />Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard, be adopted. <br /> <br /> - 14 - 1-3-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
