REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Item lla <br />Recommendation of the Environmental Monitorinq Committee to the <br />City Council reqardinq the proposed Decontamination and Waste <br />Treatment Facility for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:262) regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Joe Carlucci, 4150 Francisco, indicated he had attended <br />the Environmental Monitoring Committee and suggested the Council <br />follow the recommending of the Committee to request a new EIS. <br /> <br /> Ms. Laura Lee DiDio urged the surrounding communities to get <br />together to request a new report from the DOE.
