Main Street, <br />Walnut Creek,, presented a slide showing of the proposed project <br />in varying elevations. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr questioned the applicant about the height <br />of the central structure and the landscaping. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Tarver questioned the applicant regarding <br />signage and whether this use was regional. <br /> <br /> Mr. Heilbronner explained the landscaping program and <br />indicated it was in compliance with Hacienda Business Park <br />Guidelines. He then described the proposed signage and indicated <br />the use of the site was "home" related, i.e. furnishings, etc., <br />which is why it was named the "Home Center". <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes questioned the FAR and traffic impact <br />of the center.
