MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br />Item 8a <br />Acceptance of the Street Surface of Montevino Drive, between Tract <br />5835 and Vineyard Avenue, subject to Completion of Punch List <br />Items <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 89:341) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Mercer, and seconded by Ms. Mohr that <br />Resolution No. 89-337 be adopted, accepting the street surface of <br />Montevino Drive between Tract 5835 and Vineyard Avenue, subject to <br />completion of punch list items. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired if the staff recommendation included the <br />closure of Crellin Road until construction is completed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott clarified that the staff recommended the closure <br />of Montevino Drive at Crellin Road, but not Crellin Road itself. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if traffic would be diverted off of Crellin <br />Road. <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott replied in the affirmative. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> -15- <br /> 8-1-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
