199 On Item B of New Business, Mr. Butler clarified that what he wanted the staff to look into was the possibility of having the righthand northbound lane on Sunol Blvd. to eastbound Bernal Avenue be a right turn only without adding any additional lane, since there is only one lane anyway on the north side of the intersection. Item 7b Vintage Hills II Homeowners Association requesting information about City plans regarding landscaping strip of land between the sidewalk and south side of Crellin Road Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:56) regarding the matter. It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Brandes, that the Homeowners Association be informed that landscaping was their responsibility.
