389 It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Resolution No. 89-422 be adopted, approving PUD-81-30-44D, the application of Prudential Development Group for design review for a 145,000 sq. ft. office and R & D building complex proposed to be located on a 10.28-acre site located at the southeast corner of Willow Road and Stoneridge Drive. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 7. SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS Item 7a PUD-81-5M, Mozart, Minor modification to allow the installation of a five-foot sidewalk within the public right-of-way alon- Embarcadero Court in the Stoneridge Corporate Plaza Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:69) regarding the matter. Ms. Mohr inquired if there would be a crosswalk leading into the mall. Mr. Swift answered that the modification did not include a crosswalk; however, once the Nordstrom's project and the rest of the development is completed, a pedestrian access would be necessary. This would be subject to the Engineering Department's review. Item 7b Actions of the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board and Planning Commission at their meetings of 9/27/89 Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:70) regarding the matter. Mr. Brandes stated that he is appealing the decision of the Board of Adjustment, approving V-89-25, the application of Wayne Johnson for a variance from the Municipal Code to locate a satellite dish in the backyard. Item 7c Actions of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners at its meeting of 9/21/89 Mr. Bocian presented his report (IR 89:71) regarding the matter.
