SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> Item 7a <br />PUD-81-5M, Mozart, Minor modification to allow the installation of <br />a five-foot sidewalk within the public right-of-way alon- <br />Embarcadero Court in the Stoneridge Corporate Plaza <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:69) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr inquired if there would be a crosswalk leading into <br />the mall. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift answered that the modification did not include a <br />crosswalk; however, once the Nordstrom's project and the rest of <br />the development is completed, a pedestrian access would be <br />necessary. This would be subject to the Engineering Department's <br />review. <br /> <br />Item 7b <br />Actions of the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board and <br />Planning Commission at their meetings of 9/27/89 <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:70) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes stated that he is appealing the decision of the <br />Board of Adjustment, approving V-89-25, the application of Wayne <br />Johnson for a variance from the Municipal Code to locate a <br />satellite dish in the backyard. <br /> <br />Item 7c <br />Actions of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners at its <br />meeting of 9/21/89 <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian presented his report (IR 89:71) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br /> -5- <br /> 10-3-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
