It <br />would not be necessary to have another public hearing, but if the <br />Council so desired, it could be done. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer pointed out that at the last public hearing, there <br />was a significant discussion on noise, soundwalls, sound <br />attenuation, and other environmental impact topics. He stated <br />that the environmental impact findings and the Specific Plan would <br />come back to Council for decision. <br /> <br />4.
