Studio and
one-bedroom apartments require less parking spaces than two- or
three-bedroom apartments. Condominium standards do not make any
differentiation between the size or number of bedrooms in the
units and require a flat two parking spaces per unit.

Mr. Brandes stated that he found nothing unreasonable about
requiring two parking spaces for condominiums. He stated that if
the Code is wrong, then the Code, rather than its application,
should be changed.

-14-
2-6-90
