MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br />Recycling Program <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer inquired when a decision would be made on the issue <br />of the 90-gallon recycling cans. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta replied that the Council had directed staff to have <br />that decision come back with the contract, which would be towards <br />the later part of September.
