447 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to <br />approve a feasibility study for the South Pleasanton area, as set <br />forth in the Staff Report, subject to the condition that the <br />southerly and easterly boundaries be expanded to the current urban <br />line at the initial stages of the study and narrowed down in the <br />process, as necessary. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 7b <br />PUD-80-15-2D-3M, Pimlico Plaza Associates, Minor Modification to <br />Allow an Additional Trash Enclosure at the Southwest Corner of the <br />Site Behind the Southwest Corner of the Existing Building Where <br />Trader Joe,s Is the Tenant Located at 4040 Pimlico Drive <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 90:59) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Leroy Watson, Vice President of Trader Joe's, indicated <br />that he was withdrawing his application. <br /> <br />Item 7c <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator, Design Review Board ana <br />Planning Commission at Their Meetinqs of August 8-10 and 15, 199~ <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 90:60) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br />8. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br />Recycling Program <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer inquired when a decision would be made on the issue <br />of the 90-gallon recycling cans. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta replied that the Council had directed staff to have <br />that decision come back with the contract, which would be towards <br />the later part of September.
