REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> No reports from the City Attorney were presented at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />14. COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br /> There were no communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />15. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta presented the City Council Calendar for the <br />information of the Councilmembers. <br /> <br />16. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to a closed session at 9:55 p.m. to continue <br />discussion on Item 6a - PUD-80-15-5D-2M, Pleasant Villaqe <br />Associates, and reconvened at 10:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer stated that the Council had directed the City <br />Attorney and City Manager to meet with representatives from <br />Pleasant Village Associates, as well as with Mr. Hatton and Mr. <br />Miller, to try and resolve the height issue. He added that the <br />matter will be continued to the special Council meeting on Monday, <br />July 23rd. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes stated that he would like to consider Mr. Swift's <br />comment that the decision on the height modification could be made <br />separately from those of the other modifications. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer indicated that he would prefer to consider the <br />entire PUD modification together. He told Mr. Thomas that if he <br />decided to work on the modifications the coming week, he would do <br />so at his own risk. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift pointed out that the ordinance could be introduced <br />at this time with the second reading taking place in fifteen days. <br />Any work done before then would be at Mr. Thomas' own risk. <br /> <br /> 7-17-90 <br /> <br /> - 25 - <br /> <br /> <br />
