374 It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Ordinance No. 1478 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-80-15-5D-2M, the application of Pleasant Village Associates for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan for a retail commercial complex to relocate an electrical room and trash enclosure, modify a fountain, extend a covered arcade and storefront windows to the west building elevation, and amend the approved comprehensive signing program to allow an additional tenant sign on the west elevation, as set forth in the Staff Report, with the exception of the three foot height increase for a portion of the building. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmember Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver NOES: Mayor Mercer ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 17. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 10:30 p.m., it was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the meeting be adjourned, to meet again at a special meeting on Monday, July 23, 1990 at 4:30 p.m., to discuss the height issue of PUD-80-15-5D-2M, the initiative to be placed on the November ballot by Council, the amendment to the Foothill/SAB Amended Development Deferment Agreement and Mozart Amended Development Deferment Agreement, and the Reimbursement Agreement with Crocker Properties, Inc. (Wells Fargo Bank). Council will then adjourn to a regular session on Tuesday, August 7, 1990 at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers.
