367 <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver suggested that the applicant be given the <br />flexibility of designing a three-story hotel for Council to <br />consider. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr commented that if Council precludes a three-story <br />structure, it would be unfair to the applicant to invite an <br />application for three floors which would be disapproved up front. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />Ordinance No 1477 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-80-16-3M, the <br />application for planned unit development rezoning for the major <br />modification of the approved Meyer Business Park (Signature Center <br />development plan to relocate approximately 1,250,170 square feet of <br />approved commercial, office and industrial uses on an 82.0 acre <br />site located generally in the northwest quadrant of Hopyard Road <br />and Stoneridge Drive, as set forth in the Staff Report and subject <br />to the conditions that the hotel on Parcel A would be limited to <br />two stories, that the maximum building height for Parcel B would be <br />22 feet, and that the retail uses on Parcel C would be limited to <br />restaurant and financial. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Butler, Mohr, and Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes asked the City Attorney if a citizen who wanted to <br />referend a matter concerning this project would accomplish that by <br />referending Item 6f. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said yes. <br /> <br />Item 6~ <br />AP-90-10 (PUD-89-19) Appeal of Harvey/Martin of a Decision of the <br />Planninq Commission Which Denied the Application for Planned Unit <br />Development Rezoning and Development Plan Approval to Construct a <br />Five-Lot, Single-Family Residential Development to be Located at <br />2818 Foothill Road <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the August 7th City Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Item 6k <br />Approval of Curbside Recycling Program and Adjustment of Rates <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the August 7th City Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br /> 7-17-90 <br /> <br /> - 19 - <br /> <br /> <br />
