He added that it would be <br /> appropriate to have Mr. Herd's comments then. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer commented that with respect to Z-90-217, Compri <br /> Hotel, the City should not start allowing monumental signs for <br /> hotels that list room rates. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes concurred. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift clarified that the Design Review Board approved <br /> only the "Bed & Breakfast" sign and denied the room rates, as <br /> recommended by staff. <br /> <br /> Item 7c <br />Bus Stop Removal at Valley Avenue and Greenwood Drive <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (IR 90:46) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired if the shelter has been approved and, if <br />so, when it would be completed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer replied that the shelter has been approved and <br />will be completed by the coming year, under Wheels rather than <br />under the City. <br /> <br />Item 7d <br />Review of the Design of Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, <br />Softball Fieldhouse Project <br /> <br /> Ms. Bengtson presented her report (IR 90:47) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> - 13 - <br /> 6-5-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
