221 It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Resolution No. 90-87 be adopted, based on a review of an initial environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and on a further finding that a negative declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-90-4, the application of Jim Gentile/All-American Oil to approve a development plan for the construction of an underground tank, truck storage yard and related improvements to be located at 3100 Valley Avenue. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Tarver ABSTAIN: None It was then moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Ordinance No. 1462 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-90-4, the application of Jim Gentile/All-American Oil to approve a development plan for the construction of an underground tank, truck storage yard and related improvements to be located at 3100 Valley Avenue, as set forth in the Staff Report.
