Amendinq Sections 18.96.030, 18.96.040, 19.96.050, and 18.96.060 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Amendinq Sections 3 and 4 of Ordinance No. 1162 and Sections 18.96.100 and 18.96.150 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, andAmending Section 1 {Part} of Ordinance No. 1225, as Amended, and Section 18.74.130 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code Concerninq Real Estate Siqns It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Ordinance No. 1492 be adopted, amending Sections 18.96.030, 18.96.040, 19.96.050, and 18.96.060 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, amending Sections 3 and 4 of Ordinance No. 1162 and Sections 18.96.100 and 18.96.150 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and amending Section 1 (part) of Ordinance No. 1225, as amended, and Section 18.74.130 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning real estate signs. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Tarver and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Scribner ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr Item 10d Ordinance No. 1493, Amending the Pleasanton Municipal Code by Adding Thereto Section 2.04.015 Concerninq the Term of Office for Councilmembers and Mayor Mr. Tarver indicated that he would change his vote because the issue was not significant enough to require a negative vote. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Ordinance No. 1493 be adopted, amending the Pleasanton Municipal Code by adding thereto Section 2.04.015 concerning the term of office for Councilmembers and Mayor.
