115 <br /> <br /> Mr. Dutchover replied that he had submitted the color samples <br />to the Planning Department. He added that the driveway is 42 feet <br />wide from the sidewalk to the gate, which would be more than <br />adequate for a large truck. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />Resolution No. 91-53 be adopted, based on a review of an initial <br />environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding <br />that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in <br />the City's guidelines and on further finding that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with Case PUD-91-1/ <br />Hacienda Mini-Storage, the application of Lee Reid and Jim Myers <br />for development plan approval to allow the construction of a two- <br />story, four-building mini-storage facility totalling 58,422 square <br />feet on a 1.38 acre site located at 3722 Old Santa Rita Road. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: CoUncilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr requested that the applicant submit a larger sample <br />of the roof color for review by Staff. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1506 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving Case PUD-91-1/Hacienda <br />Mini-Storage, the application of Lee Reid and Jim Myers for <br />development plan approval to allow the construction of a two-story, <br />four-building mini-storage facility totalling 58,422 square feet on <br />a 1.38 acre site located at 3722 Old Santa Rita Road, as set forth <br />in the Staff Report. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> - 9 - <br /> 4-2-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
