He <br /> added that the theater's side of the property line would have <br /> flowering pear trees and that the eucalyptus trees on the <br /> applicant's side would grow to about 35 to 40 feet high. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner expressed concern that the driveway entrance of <br /> 30 feet tapering down to 24 feet would not be wide enough for <br /> trucks or vans that typically use the storage buildings.
