127 Item 10b Ordinance No. 1505, An Ordinance Amending Section 1 (Part) of Ordinance No. 1336 and Section 17.36.160 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as Amended, Concerning the Application Procedures for Growth Manaqement Approval Ms. Mohr stated that the Bonde Ranch development needs to be taken into account under this item. Mr. Roush indicated that if it is Council's intent to permit the Bonde Ranch development to apply for Growth Management approval for 1992 should the project be approved at the May 7th City Council meeting, Council should direct Staff to amend the language of the ordinance to permit that. Mr. Tarver commented that at the last Council meeting, the subject of exceptions was lengthily discussed. He inquired if this exception would be considered a significant change in the ordinance to require a reintroduction of the ordinance or if a public hearing on the exception process would be necessary. Mr. Roush replied that the ordinance would have to be reintroduced if an exception is to be made. It was moved by Mr. Mercer, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1505 be reintroduced, to be read by title only, and waiving further reading thereof, amending Section 1 (part) of Ordinance No. 1336 and Section 17.36.160 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, concerning the application procedures for Growth Management approval, to reflect that projects approved by the first City Council meeting in April of any year may apply for Growth Management approval for the coming year, with the exception that Shapell Industries of Northern California may apply for Growth Management approval for 1992 if its project is approved by the first City Council in May 1991.
