He suggested that Council <br /> write a letter to all water agencies involved to find a way to <br /> prevent this from happening again, considering the current water <br /> condition in the Valley. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that she submitted an appeal on behalf of <br /> the Council at the time of the incident. She added that Staff <br /> would prepare another letter to the water agencies for the Mayor's <br /> signature. <br /> <br /> 9.
