He inquired <br />if there were any way of adding moderate-income units in terms of <br />design and layout. <br /> <br /> Mr. Callahan replied that he discussed the possibility of <br />increasing the number of affordable townhomes with the neighbors to <br />the east of the property, and that alternative was not acceptable <br />to the neighbors. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarvet inquired if the units could be rearranged so that <br />the townhouses would be by the industrial area and the single- <br />family units by the residential site. <br /> <br /> - 11 - <br /> 3-5-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
