He explained that <br />Outdoor World's three other stores in Monterey, Capitola and Santa <br />Cruz have four colors, including white, and pointed out that the <br />Garcia's Restaurant next to his store was allowed four colors on <br />its sign. He added that reducing the size of the signs would make <br />it out of balance with the size of the building and requested that <br />Council approve the original size of the signs and allow the use of <br />all four colors. <br /> <br /> - 7 - <br /> 5-7-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
