MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Development and the Water Situation <br /> <br /> Mr. Stanley Rathbone, 325 Ray Street, commented that although <br /> the Planning Commission indicated that 6,000 homes would be built <br /> on the Ridgelands, it would not be feasible to develop those homes, <br /> along with the 2,000 homes proposed for Bernal Avenue and the 1,000 <br /> Ruby Hill units on Vineyard Avenue, because of the current water <br /> situation. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver clarified that neither the Planning Commission nor <br /> the Ridgelands Committee stated that 6,000 homes would be built on <br /> the Ridge.
