Mr. Tarver stated <br /> that this ordinance had been very effective in other cities. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1552 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br /> waiving further reading thereof, approving an ordinance of the City <br /> of Pleasanton adding Section 10.08,020 to the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, concerning the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors <br /> on private property. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 12c <br /> Mid-Year Budqet Review (SR92:125) <br /> <br /> Council commended staff on this report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded byMs. Scribner, that <br /> Resolution No. 92-65 be adopted, 1) amending the Operating Budget <br /> to reflect an increase in revenue projections by $796,197, from <br /> $51,404,569 to 52,404,569; a decrease in expenditure appropriation <br /> by $1,185,949, from $50,130,020 to $48,944,071; and a net increase <br /> in transfers-in by $65,500; 2) establishing a Reserve for <br /> Carryovers in the General Fund in the amount of $1,724,798; and 3) <br /> amending the capital Improvement Budget to reflect an increase in <br /> revenue projections by $658,408, from $9,414,802 to $10,073,210; a <br /> decrease in expenditure appropriations by $500,179, from <br /> $21,894,243 to $21,394,064; and a net decrease in transfers-in by <br /> $348,510. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 3/17/92 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
